Professor Feyzioğlu was born in İstanbul in 1969. He graduated from the Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1990 and completed LLM in Public Law at the Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences in 1992. He received the title of doctor in Public Law in 1995 and then has been appointed as an Assistant Professor in Criminal Law at the Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1996 at the same year he completed English for Professional Lawyers program of the Columbia University School of General Studies. He has been awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2000 and Professor in 2005. He served as Dean of the Ankara University Faculty of Law between the dates March 2007 - August 2008.
Professor Feyzioğlu was elected as the President of Ankara Bar Association, which he has been registered since 1991, with 58 percent of the votes at the 61th General Assembly held on 10 October 2010. Second time he has been elected as President with 60 percent of votes at the 62th General Assembly of the Ankara Bar Association. At the 32th Ordinary General Assembly of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, he was elected as the President with the 50 percent votes of delegates on May 26th, 2013.
