REVOLUTION ON SERVICES

In accordance  with  the  protocol signed between the Ministry of Justice and our Union on the  2nd of May, 2011, as a conclusion of the testing and  accommodation process  undergoing with the Information Technologies Department of the Ministry of Justice, it is possible for lawyers to litigate, pay the cases and other legal dues via National Judiciary Informatics System  (UYAP) provided that they use the new modernized  Lawyers Identity Cards after the 20th of June, 2011.

The legal expert and deposition fees, the amendment fees of pending cases, the  provisions for explorations and fees for expenditures such as stamps and the enforcement proceedings will be available on National Judiciary Informatics System  (UYAP)  by using the modernized Lawyers Identification Cards, as soon as possible.

With contributions of the services provided by our Union, it will be possible for our colleagues to provide all their needs from their offices, without going to Judiciary.

As users are using the system for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and other expenditures, 1,00 TL service fee will be automatically withdrawn from their accounts.
